We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the US when you spend $49, and for most international orders over $75.  US Orders < $49 and international orders < $75 ship flat-rate. 



Orders < $49 - transit time varies by designer - roughly 10-15 business days transit on imported items / 2-3 days if shipped from the US (allow 4-6 weeks on FREE gifts)


Orders > $49 - transit time varies by designer - roughly 10-15 business days transit on imported items / 2-3 days if shipped from the US (allow 4-6 weeks on FREE gifts)


$25 flat rate - roughly 5-10 days transit time on imported items, once shipped


Orders < $75 - transit time varies by designer and destination country

Processing Time

Items that we have in stock will ship within 1 business day of purchase and will usually arrive at a US delivery address within 2-3 days.  

Most of our unique items are shipped internationally from the designers' showrooms, with locations all over the world.  Processing times vary on these items.

Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the Ilada staff; this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Transit Time

When selecting Economy or Complimentary Shipping, please allow for International transit time. While your purchase may arrive sooner, please allow 5-15 business days for delivery to the US and most countries.  Depending on the destination, delivery to some countries can take considerably longer.

For customers outside the US  -  If you are in a hurry to receive your order, faster shipping methods may be available, although items can still incur delays once handling time and customs clearance are factored in.  If you are interested in upgrading to an expedited shipping method, email and we will be happy to help you determine alternative shipment options. 

For Canadian customers -  For items shipped from China with Economy Shipping, packages are delivered and tracked through Canada Post once the parcel makes its way into Canada.  Recently, we are experiencing unusually lengthy delays for packages to clear Customs and be delivered by Canada Post.  Often, once the package enters Canada, the ability to track the package temporarily stops as the item is awaiting clearance through Customs.  

Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control.  The best option for our Canadian customers is to select the Standard International Shipping option.  This option provides reliable tracking and will arrive to your destination much faster.  

International Orders - Duties & Taxes:


Some international orders may incur duties and taxes.  Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the import duties, taxes, and charges during checkout on most items.  Any applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse delivery of the parcel). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier upon delivery of the order and are not collected by Ilada Boutique.


Some of the items in our boutique, depending on the destination country, will incur duties, taxes, and possible shipping surcharges that must be collected from the customer prior to order fulfillment.  This will be stated in the product description for these particular items. 

Returned items:

We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping address.  Please be certain that the delivery address you provide is correct.  We are unable to issue any refunds or credits for items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address and are returned to the supplier.  Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer. 

Fraudulent Orders:

Ilada takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Ilada reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases, and payment will be refunded.

Ilada is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience experienced by customers as a result of cancellation.
